Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda's largest, where the mighty Nile River is forced through a gorge just seven meters wide before plunging 43 meters in a thunderous display of raw power. Game drives across the park's savannah reveal lions, giraffes, elephants, and buffalo, while a boat cruise along the Nile below the falls brings visitors close to pods of hippos, basking crocodiles, and elephants drinking at the water's edge.
